The old imperial capital Hue is a place that needs to be on your travel list. Hue was the capital of Vietnam until 1945 and is very important in Vietnamese history. Besides history, the city has beautiful countryside, interesting highlights and the breathtaking Perfume River.
Hue represents an excellent example of an eastern feudal city. Apart from this, there are numerous royal tombs, pagodas and temples inside and around the city, making it one of Vietnam’s most important cultural and historical centers.
